The proposals will deliver 490 much-needed new homes as well as community facilities, open space and land for a future new school.

An experienced team of consultants has been brought together to work on the scheme to ensure that the site is developed in the best possible way for the area.

 

Previous plans for this site were presented in 2020, following thorough consultation with local residents, key stakeholders and council officers. The plans were extensively revised in 2022 and the plans have now been further improved.
